Modelación de válvulas en el método del gradiente

El programa REDES permite simular el comportamiento hidráulico de una red de distribución de agua potable, a través de cálculos realizados con ecuaciones físicamente basadas y con el método del gradiente; sin embargo la presencia de accesorios, tales como válvulas, hacen que dicho comportamiento cambie con respecto a la red original. En el presente trabajo se investigó la forma de incluir la modelación de válvulas, modificando los valores de los coeficientes de la ecuación de pérdidas definida por el método del gradiente, de forma que el proceso de cálculo no se vea afectado y las iteraciones se mantengan en un rango similar.
